Teaching Personnel are recruiting an SEN Teacher in Swindon to deliver high-quality teaching for neurodiverse learners. The role involves working with small groups, identifying needs, and creating inclusive plans that enable every child to thrive.

You will hold Qualified Teacher Status and have proven SEN experience, with strong communication and behaviour management skills to develop personalised care plans and collaborate with school teams.

We are working with some exceptional Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in Swindon, designed specifically to meet the needs of neurodiverse children. The school provides a supportive and stimulating environment for both staff and students, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.

The school caters for a range of needs, with a primary focus on:

• High-functioning autism
• Anxiety
• Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA)

The Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

• Deliver high-quality teaching tailored to individual needs and small groups.
• Identify and support students across all levels of need.
• Set challenging targets and maintain high aspirations for every learner.
• Create and maintain a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement care plans.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
