We work with specialist and mainstream education settings looking for teachers who can adapt learning, establish consistent routines and understand that progress looks different for every pupil.
We're interested in experienced SEN Teachers as well as mainstream teachers with strong SEND experience who are considering moving into specialist education.
As an SEN Teacher, you may work with children and young people with autism, ADHD, communication and interaction needs, SEMH, learning difficulties and other additional educational needs.

Previous specialist school experience is beneficial but isn't essential for every SEN Teacher position.
Teachers with mainstream primary or secondary experience and a strong interest in SEND education are also encouraged to apply.
