SEN Teacher

'Outstanding' Secondary SEN School, Basingstoke - KS3/KS4

Academics are recruiting on behalf of an 'Outstanding' Special School in Basingstoke which caters for approximately 230 pupils aged between 11-19 years with moderate and severe learning needs, including autism and specific learning difficulties. They are looking to appoint an engaging and passionate SEN Teacher to start ASAP on a full-time supply contract. This is ongoing, possible temp to perm. Due to the location, you will ideally live in the Basingstoke area.

The suitable SEN Teacher will be required to plan and deliver exciting lessons to an SLD class with severe learning difficulties. Due to their learning levels, this would be suited to a primary trained or SEN Teacher with previous experience of teaching children with severe and complex learning needs.
