Are you a SEN Teacher seeking a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference? Three R’s Teacher Recruitment is working with well-regarded specialist SEN schools in the Ashford area that cater to students with a range of additional needs. These schools provide education across both Primary and Secondary phases and pride themselves on a nurturing, holistic approach to learning.

SEN Teacher responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored teaching and support to students with needs such as SEMH, ASD, ADHD, SCLN, and trauma-based behaviours
• Work collaboratively with support staff and therapists to create a safe, engaging learning environment
• Differentiate lessons to meet individual EHCPs and promote progress
• Build strong relationships with students through patience, structure, and flexibility
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school ethos that supports social and emotional wellbeing

SEN Teacher requirements:

• QTS or relevant teaching qualification with SEN experience
• Experience working with children with SEMH and other associated learning needs
• Ability to adapt teaching style and behaviour strategies to suit individual needs
• A compassionate and reflective teaching approach
• Driving licence and access to own transport preferred due to rural location
