Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum dependent on experience
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
Start Date: November 2025
Working model: 4-Day Working Week (4DWW) trial. You will work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, subject to probation. 4DWW is not a contractual benefit and is subject to successful completion of probation.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with complex needs? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our specialist education team and deliver high-quality, personalised learning experiences that support each student’s development and wellbeing.
As a Teacher, you’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons to individuals and small groups, tailored to their learning needs. You’ll work with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure students make meaningful progress in a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment.
Options Trent Acres is an outstanding independent specialist school providing 141 places for pupils aged 5-19. The school operates across two sites in Staffordshire, offering academic and vocational opportunities in rural settings with a 12-acre site and a newly built college setting. The school is purpose-built and modern, with specialist learning areas including an indoor and outdoor riding school and outdoor gymnasium. Pupils have opportunities to work with horses, donkeys, goats, alpacas and chickens. We emphasise learning outside the classroom as a core part of life at Trent Acres.
