Support Children with SEN – Flexible SEN TA Role in Welwyn Garden City

Keep Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for supply roles in Welwyn Garden City. We offer flexible supply opportunities, whether you're seeking full-time or part-time work, and placements in a range of primary and secondary schools across the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with special educational needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties)

• Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities

• Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies

• Promote positive behaviour and help students with social and emotional development

• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to monitor and assess pupil progress
