Support Children with SEN – Flexible SEN TA Role in Welwyn Garden City

Keep Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for supply roles in Welwyn Garden City. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with special educational needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties)

• Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities

• Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies

• Promote positive behaviour and help students with social and emotional development

• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to monitor and assess pupil progress
