What You'll Be Doing:

-Supporting pupils one-on-one or in small groups, helping them to engage with learning

-Assisting teachers in delivering tailored lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
-Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and key life skills
-Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges

-A patient, understanding, and resilient individual with a passion for supporting young people

-Experience working with challenging behaviour or SEN (desirable, but not essential)
-A team player who can work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and external agencies
-GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
