Empowering Learning Ltd. is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to support children with severe and complex learning difficulties across three Richmond borough sites.

You’ll cover a mix of daily supply bookings and longer-term placements, assisting teachers with tailored lessons and providing essential one-to-one support. We value adaptable, compassionate helpers who are committed to inclusive education and to developing students’ social and emotional skills.
