Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in children's lives?
We are currently seeking a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Wolverhampton. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, and communication difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored learning activities
Monitor and report on pupil progress
Promote inclusion and support social and emotional development
Help create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Previous experience working with children with SEN
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, caring, and flexible approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
