Randstad Education is hiring for SEN Teaching Assistants at a dynamic school in Liverpool. All we need is talent like you to join our 'Team of Talented Teaching Assistants'.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Must have an Enhanced DBS check on the updated service or be willing to apply for one.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience working in UK schools.
  • Experience working with children with complex education needs (preferred).
  • Able to commit to working long-term/ Full-Time.
  • Ideally available for 5 days in a week (Monday - Friday).
  • Professional references from your recent employers.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK (ETW).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support for children with complex needs.
  • Assist in creating and delivering tailored learning plans.
  • Support the classroom teacher with lesson planning and behaviour management.
  • Help with personal care and mobility where required.
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
