Flexzo Teach in Didcot, Oxfordshire, is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with SEND in a specialist provision. The role focuses on building confidence, independence and personalised learning alongside teaching staff.

You will work with learners who face additional learning, emotional or behavioural needs, contributing to a supportive, inclusive learning environment and aiming to improve outcomes and wellbeing.

• Minimum of one year's experience working with children or young people with SEND.

About the Role

Flexzo Teach is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive alternative education provider based in Didcot, Oxfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

The organisation provides a personalised and inclusive learning environment for students who may struggle within mainstream education due to additional learning, emotional or behavioural needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff and the wider support team to provide tailored assistance, helping students build confidence, develop independence and achieve their individual learning goals.

The school is looking for someone who is patient, adaptable and enthusiastic about making a positive difference to young people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
