SEN Teaching Assistant – Resourced Provision
Bradford
Start: September 2025
Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity
£85–£110 per day (depending on experience)
The Education Network is working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive school in Bradford to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a resourced provision supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs.
The Role This is a rewarding opportunity to:

• Support children with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Work within a specialist resourced provision designed to meet individual learning and developmental needs
• Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and teaching staff to deliver tailored support
• Contribute to IEPs, behaviour strategies, and progress tracking
• Help build a positive, safe, and structured learning environment

About You We’re looking for someone who is:

• Patient, empathetic, and passionate about inclusive education
• Experienced (or keen to gain experience) working with children with SEND, especially ASD, MLD, or SEMH
• Skilled in using communication strategies such as PECS, Makaton, or visual supports (desirable but not essential)
• Able to adapt quickly and show initiative in a dynamic learning environment

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or relevant experience)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Right to work in the UK
• References covering the last 2 years
