Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking a SEN Support Worker to help pupils in specialist schools across North Liverpool and Sefton.

You will support children with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties, building safe, trusting relationships and helping students develop confidence and independence. Previous school experience is not essential; transferable care and support skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in care, support work, residential childcare or with vulnerable children and young people.
• Transferable skills and a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
