Job summary

Snap Care is looking for a dedicated SEN Support Worker (female) in Strood, Rochester, Kent. The role offers a pay of £15.50 per hour on weekdays, £17.50 on weekends and waking nights, and £31.00 on Bank Holidays, with a 24-hour weekly schedule across rotating shifts.

The successful candidate will support Josh, a 25-year-old with a physical and learning disability, in a fully adapted family home. Full training is provided; weekend flexibility is essential; driving and an automatic car are

Qualifications

• Care, childcare, or support worker experience required.
• Excellent spoken English and clear communication with family and team.
• Female applicants only necessary due to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Support a 25-year-old client with physical and learning disabilities.
• Work in a 2:1 team structure, with full training provided.
• Keep a six-week rota in advance and be flexible on weekends.
