We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to support children and young people with additional needs. We are specifically looking for people who already have experience working with children and young people with additional needs, and who are confident supporting children with autism / Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning difficulties and/or learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge.
This role requires someone who is calm, patient, reliable and able to build positive relationships while maintaining clear professional boundaries. Previous experience supporting children or young people is essential.
We want to hear from experienced professionals who can provide consistent, respectful and person-centred support. You should be able to give clear examples of your previous experience and explain how you have supported children with autism, learning difficulties/disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
