At GSL Education, we are supporting an SEND school in Bodmin that is seeking Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join their team on a full-time basis.
The school offers a personalised wrap-around education for students with complex needs or EHCP pupils at risk of residential placements.
Each child receives high levels of support, often including one-to-one assistance and bespoke timetables based on thematic learning experiences. The curriculum is tailored to engage students, build resilience, and promote rapid academic progress.
Note: The school has multiple settings, and we are seeking candidates willing to work across KS1-4.
These roles are demanding; children may exhibit challenging behaviour, so resilience and commitment are essential.
Having a UK driving license is necessary for this role.
