Tradewind Recruitment are seeking two SEN Support Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school in England. You will provide in-class support to pupils with complex learning needs and work closely with the class teacher and the SEN team.

Experience with children or young people with additional needs is welcome, even if you lack school experience. A calm, patient approach, strong communication and teamwork are essential for long-term, full-time roles with access to training and development.
