Are you a recent UK-based Psychology, Childhood Studies, or Nursing graduate with a desire to gain first-hand SEN Support Mentor experience in Manchester?

Perhaps you have experience supporting the academic and social growth of children outside the classroom?

i-teachers are currently working with a warm and welcoming primary school located in the Salford area, seeking to add a supportive, outgoing SEN Support Mentor to their KS1 department for the remainder of the academic year in a full-time role.

Role Benefits – SEN Support Mentor:

  • Providing 1:1 & small group SEN support to KS1 pupils
  • Creating tailored EHCP SEN support for children
  • Paid £460 per week during term time – 08.30am – 3.30pm working hours
  • Free online CPD courses available
  • March 2025 – July 2025, with usual school hours
  • Monday to Friday role based in one school for the remainder of the academic year
  • Located in Salford (M6)

Applicant Requirements – SEN Support Mentor:

  • Minimum 2:2 UK-based degree in Psychology, Childhood Studies, or Nursing
  • Prior experience tutoring, mentoring, or teaching
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Outgoing and naturally supportive individual
  • Passionate about children's development
  • *NO UK Visa sponsorship available for this role*
  • Warm and welcoming primary school
