Academics are working with a fantastic primary school in Maidenhead is seeking a compassionate and skilled SEN Support Assistant to join their dedicated team from September! This is a rewarding opportunity to become a vital part of a nurturing school environment, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.

Key Responsibilities as a SEN Support Assistant:

  • Provide tailored support to children with a variety of special educational needs, both one-on-one and in small group settings
  • Work closely with the class teacher to implement and adapt individual learning programmes
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere to encourage both academic and personal growth
  • Adjust resources and teaching strategies to suit each pupil's learning style and requirements
