Job summary
Randstad Education in Reigate is seeking a dedicated Individual Needs Assistant to join their specialist school. This full-time role begins in September 2025, with hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. You'll support learners with special educational needs, facilitating their personal and educational development. Qualifications
Must have relevant childcare, teaching assistant or care experience, and provide references.
Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
Experience supporting children or adults with SEN needs is desirable.
Responsibilities
Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis.
Supporting the educational and general well-being of SEN learners.
Promoting and creating a fun and engaging learning environment.
Skills
Parenting or caregiving experience
