Job summary

Randstad Education in Reigate is seeking a dedicated Individual Needs Assistant to join their specialist school. This full-time role begins in September 2025, with hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. You'll support learners with special educational needs, facilitating their personal and educational development. Qualifications

• Must have relevant childcare, teaching assistant or care experience, and provide references.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
• Experience supporting children or adults with SEN needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis.
• Supporting the educational and general well-being of SEN learners.
• Promoting and creating a fun and engaging learning environment.
