Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Supply Teaching Assistant in Chelmsford, Essex. You will support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management, and bring calm and structure to busy classrooms.

This role offers flexible days from part-time to full-time across primary, secondary and early years settings, delivering valuable experience and real opportunities across different schools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people; school-based is ideal but not essential.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Willing to work in new and varied school environments.
