SEN Supply Cover Teachers in Milton Keynes

Newstaff Employment is hiring passionate and adaptable SEN Supply Cover Teachers to support schools in Milton Keynes. If you’re the kind of teacher who brings patience, creativity and heart into the classroom, we want to hear from you.

Location: Milton Keynes (with work available across Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire)
Salary: £15.50 – £16.50 per hour + accrued holiday pay
Working Hours: Flexible – full weeks, part-time or occasional days
Job Type: Temporary, Supply

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to children with special educational needs
• Adapting teaching methods to suit diverse emotional, sensory and learning needs
• Providing a calm and supportive classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with support staff and SENCOs
• Promoting positive behaviour and social-emotional development
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience working with children with SEN (within schools, provisions or specialist units)
• Strong classroom management and flexibility to adapt in different settings
• Reliable, compassionate and creative approach to teaching
• Able to build genuine rapport with pupils and school staff
