EOTAS Swindon is seeking a dedicated professional to provide support for children with additional needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with the SENCO to create an engaging learning environment that caters to the individual needs of students.

Are you passionate and driven with a commitment to supporting children with additional needs? We are looking to develop a team of specialist support across EOTAS to work with the SENCO, curriculum leads and other support staff to deliver quality assessment and intervention. You would be linked to a subject area in order to identify and develop an understand of each young person’s individual needs in order to engage them fully in their learning with the view to reintegrate back to a mainstream school or special school with an EHCP.
The position will enable you to build positive relationships to motivate students, engage parents and raise student’s aspiration in order to provide them with best opportunities and outcomes. EOTAS is committed to continued professional development and candidates with the right level of experience could be developed further with the potential to expand the role in the future.

EOTAS is made up of 3 unique Colleges with sites across Swindon. Each College has a unique client group but all have the common goal - supporting young people and their families through challenging circumstances in order for them to achieve and move on to positive destinations
