Preston Park is looking for experienced& exceptional SEN Specialist Class Teacher to join our brand new Additional Resource Provision (ARP) within our vibrant school.
Class Teacher Salary: M1-M6 £38,766.00 - £50,288.00 UPS: 1-3 £55,415.00 - £60,092.00 plus SEN Allowance £2,679.00 (or equivalent pay scale taking into account pay scale for 2025-2026
Start Date: September 2025

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEN teacher to work within an inspirational team. We are currently in the process of having a purpose built ARP unit built on the school site, due to open in September 2025. The ARP unit will house 2 classroom and are therefore looking for an experienced teacher to support the current team.

• Highly skilled in delivering the primary curriculum

Highly skilled in delivering the primary curriculum to SEN children
• Highly knowledgeable on how children learn - adapting to meet differing needs
• Innovative, passionate about teaching and with a ‘can do’ attitude
• A consistently Good and Outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations (no excuses) of accelerated progress
• A team player with energy, stamina and lots of creativity and fresh ideas
• Resilient and able to hit the ground running
• Skilled to effectively teach children for whom English is an additional language

We are seeking individuals who have a degree or equivalent and a teaching qualification/QTS
