A leading company in Northumberland seeks passionate SEN/SEND Tutors to provide tailored educational support to young people with diverse learning needs. The role offers flexible hours and a supportive environment, aiming to transform the educational experience for vulnerable learners. Ideal candidates will have teaching qualifications and experience with SEND, and will work collaboratively to enhance student engagement and outcomes.
Multiple positions are available and ongoing hiring is in place to meet the wide variety of needs we support.
We are on a mission to transform the quality of education provided to young people with SEN (Special Education Needs) / SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities), as well as other needs such as SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health). We are increasingly supporting children and young people with MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties) and SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties).
We are looking for SEN / SEND tutors with a genuine passion for transforming the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners in Northumberland.
At Targeted Provision, our mission is to raise the standard of educational support offered to vulnerable young people in the UK. We keep the team around the child, and you will be supported throughout every placement by our team of SEN / SEND Support Specialists.
This role is ideal for qualified SEN / SEND teachers eager to work via 1:1 tutoring with children and young people with diverse learning needs, in a creative, flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed manner, to increase their engagement and improve their educational outlook.
It is essential to follow safeguarding policies and procedures to promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and young people at all times.
