We're actively recruiting multiple SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistants across LS10 for full-time roles. These opportunities are perfect for individuals with medical, psychology or support work backgrounds, who are eager to work closely with children who need both academic and emotional support.

Your role:

  • Supporting students in small groups or 1:1 in class and across the school day

  • Building trust and helping learners manage emotional and behavioural difficulties

  • Assisting with personal care where required

  • Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and pupil progress

  • Being a calm, consistent, and positive presence throughout the day

We're looking for:

  • Experience in SEN/SEMH, care, youth work or therapy support

  • Confident approach to behaviour management

  • Excellent English skills - verbal and written

  • Positive energy and a passion for supporting young people

  • Enhanced DBS (on the update service or willing to apply)
