Job summary

TimePlan Education seeks an SEN Learning Support Assistant (SEMH) for a secondary SEN school in Northamptonshire. You will support pupils with SEMH throughout their education, focusing on ASD/Autism needs where appropriate.

Ideal candidates have experience with young people, DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one, and the ability to work five days per week. This is a rewarding, long-term opportunity with on-the-job training and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people/children.
• UK DBS or willingness to undertake one.
• Ability to work 5 days a week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEMH throughout their education.
• Assist in classroom settings and with behaviour management as needed.
• Attend induction and provide ongoing support across placements.
