We work closely with a well-established special school based in South Bristol that is looking for either full-time or part-time Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join the team from the summer term. The school supports students aged 4-16 with a range of special needs.

The school has operated successfully in Bristol for many years and is an integral part of the local community.

The role

The school welcomes applications from both full-time and part-time candidates. Due to the SEMH needs of the students, it is essential that you are confident working with challenging behaviour.

You should be reliable, proactive, patient, and adaptable. Your responsibilities will include supporting the class teacher in keeping students on task and working one-on-one with the more challenging students.
