Location: N14, Enfield

Rate: £95 - £112 Per day

Remedy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN - Secondary Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic about supporting KS3&4 pupils. This SEN - Secondary Teaching Assistant role, will require you to use initiative and reinforcement techniques as your 1:1 has Autsim and is prone to challenging behaviour.

SEN - Secondary Teaching Assistant| Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with students with behavioural challenges, preferably in an educational or special education setting.
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and de-escalation methods.
- Ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
