Job summary

Randstad Education seeks a dedicated support worker for a SEN school in Lingfield. The role runs during the September intake, with term-time schedule from 9am to 4pm, offering a stable pattern and school holiday freedom.

Applicants should be able to provide personal care for ages 5-16, hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS, and bring transferable care skills. A car/ driving licence is preferred due to the campus location.

Qualifications

• You must be able to do personal care for ages 5-16 years old.
• Have or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Transferable skills from care, social care, education or similar.
• A driving licence and access to a car (due to the campus' remote location).
• An understanding of complex medical needs, as well as autism, epilepsy and ADHD among others.
