Vision for Education are seeking Bank Support Workers to work in SEN Schools in the Hodge Hill area on a full-time or part-time basis. You will cover staff absences and provide support to pupils with diverse needs during the school day.

Flexible placements are arranged for you; access to reliable transport is helpful but not essential. DBS checks will be completed in line with safeguarding requirements. The role offers weekly pay and support from a dedicated consultant.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children or young people in school, care, or youth settings.
• Ability to build supportive relationships with pupils with additional needs.
• Patience, adaptability and a calm approach when supporting challenging behaviours.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with teachers and staff.

Aufgaben

• Provide cover and support to pupils during the school day.
• Assist teachers and staff to manage learning and safety in classrooms.
• Support pupils with diverse needs and ensure inclusive learning.
• Navigate between multiple schools as required by placements.
