Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a Mainstream Primary School with a SEN Provision in Harlow. You will support pupils across primary years, including those with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning needs.

The role involves assisting with lesson delivery, behaviour management, and providing one-to-one or small group interventions to help pupils engage and progress in learning.

Qualifications

  • Essential: Prior experience working within a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit), Alternative Provision, or similar setting.
  • Proven experience supporting pupils with SEN and behavioural difficulties.
  • A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach to supporting challenging behaviour.

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people?We are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants available to work on a long term basis within an Mainstream Primary School in a SEN Provision in Harlow.

The Role
