Job summary

Leigh Academy Cherry Orchard in Ebbsfleet Garden City is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support classes in a primary setting with a focus on SEN students. The role is fixed-term until July 2027, working 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, term time plus 1 inset week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar education setting with SEN students.
• Ability to support teachers to deliver academic excellence with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers to deliver academic excellence day in, day out.
• Encourage positive behaviour and act as a positive role model for students.
• Assist with SEN provision and classroom management as part of the SRP.
