Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Primary SEN Teacher to plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons to primary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs. You will play an important role in supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development, adapting your teaching approach to meet individual learning needs and abilities.

This is a full-time, long-term position starting in January 2027, offering the opportunity to build strong relationships with pupils and become an integral part of the school community.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Previous experience teaching primary-aged pupils, ideally within an SEN setting.


• A patient, empathetic and adaptable approach to teaching.


• Strong classroom management and communication skills.


• A genuine passion for supporting young learners with additional needs.


• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
