Job summary

St Bart’s Multi Academy Trust, in partnership with Kingsland CofE Academy, is seeking a highly motivated teacher to join the Crystal SEN Provision. The role focuses on supporting children with additional needs within an inclusive, caring school community.

The post requires commitment to safeguarding, high expectations and collaborative teamwork with families, staff and external partners. A supportive SLT and opportunities for professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Candidates must meet the School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document requirements.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with pupils, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the learning and achievement of all pupils in the class/es.
• Contribute to high standards in work and conduct and promote safeguarding.
• Deliver the curriculum and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
• Establish a safe, stimulating environment and manage behaviour effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents/carers, governors and external agencies.
