Job summary

Remedy Education in Ilford is seeking a patient SEN Outreach Tutor to support a looked-after Year 10 student at a local library. The role involves building a positive relationship, providing tailored one-to-one tuition and helping the student engage with English, Maths and Science.

You will adapt lessons to the pupil's needs, manage behaviour calmly and work Monday to Friday, two hours per day, in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEN.
• Experience managing behaviour in SEN settings.
• Proven ability to deliver 1:1 tuition to secondary students.
