Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dynamic and enriching outdoor environment? We are seeking a dedicated Outdoor SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at our partner school in Crediton, Devon.
Job Details:
Start Date: September 2025 (Sooner if possible)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
Pay: £95.00 - £110 per day (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to a child with SEN during outdoor activities and learning sessions.
Assist in planning and adapting activities to meet the individual needs of the child.
Foster positive relationships with the child, their family, and other team members.
What We're Looking for:
Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in an educational or outdoor setting, is desirable but not essential.
Understanding of different learning needs and the ability to adapt support accordingly.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents.
