Job summary

Ten 90 Recruitment Group is seeking a Part Time Lunchtime Supervisor for a reputable SEN secondary school in Islington to support students aged 11-19.

You will monitor lunchtime behaviour, provide social, emotional and academic support, and help with personal care as needed. DBS check required or willingness to apply; availability ASAP.

The role focuses on building positive relationships and tailored support to vulnerable students with ASD, SEMH, and other needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerable/SEN children (ASD, learning difficulties, SEMH, etc.).
• Ability to monitor lunchtime behaviour in the lunch hall.
• Strong behaviour management.
• Provide social, emotional and academic support to students.
• Willing to provide personal care when needed.
• Must hold a valid DBS or be willing to apply.
• Available ASAP.

Are you looking for Part Time, long term role as a SEN Lunchtime supervisor and build your experience working with SEN/vulnerable students? If so, look no further!

We are looking for strong Lunchtime supervisor to work in a highly reputable SEN Secondary school based in Islington on a full-time long-term basis.

Successful candidates will have:

• Previous experience working with children (Preferably vulnerable/SEN children) with mild/complex ASD, Learning difficulties, SEMH, Challenging/aggressive behaviour, Down syndrome, ADHD, hyper-mobility and more.
• Be confident monitoring lunchtime behaviour in lunchnhall during meal times
• Excellent Challenging Behaviour management
• Be able to provide social, emotional and academic support to students whilst building positive working relationships
• Be aware of individual needs provide personalised support
• Be willing to provide personal care
• Currently be holding a valid DBS or willing to apply for a new one.
• Be available ASAP
• Consistency, reliability and a drive to succeed!
