Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking a part-time Lunchtime Supervisor for a Secondary SEN school in Lewisham. The role runs 11.45am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, providing 1:1 support to students during lunchtime to foster a positive environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of SEN experience, a patient and adaptable approach, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an Enhanced DBS check. ASAP start with training and progression opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working with SEN.
• Patient and adaptable approach to challenging situations.
• Secure communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enhanced DBS Check.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with students and support them at lunchtime.
• Work in harmony with teachers to support learning plans.
• Develop social and emotional skills to promote independence.
• Assess student progress and report to teachers and parents.
