A fantastic school in Bath is currently seeking an SEN/Mental Health Teaching Assistant to join their team long-term, starting ASAP. The school provides education for children aged 5 to 18 with complex needs, communication difficulties, and behavioral challenges. They focus on integrated education and therapeutic support, emphasizing well-being.

As an SEN/Mental Health Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities include providing one-to-one and small group support, monitoring academic and emotional progress, and encouraging positive social interactions. You will work alongside external professionals such as psychologists, counselors, and speech therapists, gaining valuable experience that could support future training as a Therapist or Psychologist.
