Pioneer House High School, part of Prospere Learning Trust, is seeking a Lunchtime Organiser SEN for a 10-hour weekly, term-time role. The post is Grade 2, permanent, with a starting salary of £6,229 and a full-time equivalent of £26,016.

The role begins once pre-employment checks are completed. You will supervise students during lunchtime, support healthy eating, run clubs, assist with feeding and changing, and work with pupils, parents, governors and staff to ensure a positive lunchtime

• The successful applicant must be able to work effectively with the whole school community including pupils, parents, governors and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Develop good professional relationships with students and other staff members.
• Undertake activities with groups of students during lunchtime clubs e.g. football, outdoor play, magazine club, art club, sensory story club.
• To assist at tables and to support student food choices and development skills.
• To report serious incidents and accidents to Senior staff.
• Taking students who have minor accidents or are unwell to seek first aid where necessary, and if first aid is not necessary, comforting and reassuring them.
