Job summary

Smile Education are currently partnering with a specialist SEN school in the Erdington area, looking to recruit reliable and enthusiastic midday support staff to supervise lunchtime and lead structured activities.

This role is ideal for teaching assistants, sports coaches, or university students who enjoy working with children. You will run games, encourage positive social interaction and support pupils with additional needs in a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; SEN experience desirable but not essential.
• Confident leading games and engaging activities in a school setting.
• Patient, proactive and positive approach when supervising pupils.
