Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants Wanted – Woodford Green A warm and welcoming special needs school in Woodford Green is currently seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team. About the Role: We are looking for passionate and reliable professionals who have previously supported children and young people with a range of complex needs, including: - Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) – experience with both verbal and non-verbal learners is highly desirable - Down’s Syndrome - Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) - Challenging behaviours Whether you have worked in a primary or secondary SEN setting, your hands-on experience, patience, and ability to adapt will be key to supporting pupils in achieving their full potential.
