Position: Learning Support Assistants (SEND)

Details: Full Time 32.5 hours / temporary contracts / Term time Including INSET days

Salary: £22,920 - £25,305 FTE (actual salary £17,641 - £19,477 pro rata per annum)

We are looking to recruit two Learning Support Assistants to work alongside teachers and support staff in our Academy.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in providing for the education and welfare of all children, considering their individual needs
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment
  • Support children with EHCPs
  • Promote inclusion and encourage participation in learning and extracurricular activities
  • Adhere to the ethos, policies, and practices of the academy
  • Demonstrate positive attitudes, values, and behaviour expected of pupils
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers and colleagues

  • Be enthusiastic and passionate about motivating children
