Job summary

Hardwick Primary School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support a child with special educational needs on a one-to-one basis in the classroom and C&I base. The role is a fixed-term, term-time contract with a 32.5-hour week, 39 weeks per year, offering strong CPD opportunities within GLF Schools.

You will join a collaborative team dedicated to high standards of learning and welfare, with chances to develop professionally while contributing to personalised education for the pupil.

Qualifications

• Experience as Learning Assistant preferred; all levels considered.
• Support a child with SEN on a one-to-one basis in classroom and C&I base.
• Assist in delivering educational work programmes for the specific child.
• Hours are 8:15am-3:15pm, term-time (32.5 hours per week) as stated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and share outstanding practice across GLF Schools.
• Engage students in purposeful learning experiences and support welfare.
