• Experience as a learning assistant preferred.
• Ability to support a child on a one-to-one basis in classroom and base settings.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
• Willingness to work as part of a collaborative GLF Schools team.

Responsibilities

• Support the teacher with development and delivery of educational work programmes for a child with special educational needs.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and care to enable the child to engage with learning activities.
• Work in both the classroom and the dedicated base to support learning objectives.
