£100 - £105 per day (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant specialist educational setting in Hillingdon. The desired SEN Teaching Assistant will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN across a range of subjects and activities

• Implement structured learning programmes and individual education plans (IEPs)

• Use communication aids, sensory tools, and visual strategies to enhance engagement

• Support students with personal care, emotional regulation, and social interaction

• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and support teams

• Contribute to a safe, stimulating, and respectful learning environment
