Job summary

Senovo is recruiting for a Secondary SEN Learning Support Assistant in Ealing. The role involves supporting pupils with SEND, implementing EHCP strategies and working with teachers to help learners access the curriculum.

Ideal candidates will have SEND experience, strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding children and young people. Right-to-work and safeguarding checks will be required prior to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils safely, positively and consistently.
• Provide individual or small-group support to help pupils access learning.
• Follow school EHCP strategies and support communication and regulation.
• Work closely with teaching and SEN staff to implement targeted strategies.
