Overview

Due to the continuing expansion of Heritage House School we are looking for a Learning Support assistant to join our outstanding team and support learners with special educational needs. You will be working closely with the teachers and other LSA's to enhance the learning experiences of small groups of learners in a classroom environment. The position is working term-time only plus 5 inset days, The successful candidate will be joining a dedicated and talented team, working closely with the teachers and therapists to support learners in the classroom and with accessing other provision.

Responsibilities
  • Support learners with special educational needs in small groups within a classroom environment.
  • Work closely with teachers and other Learning Support Assistants to enhance learning experiences.
  • Provide support during term-time only plus 5 inset days.
