Tradewind Recruitment LTD is recruiting experienced Learning Support Assistants to work within specialist education settings across the Wirral. This role focuses on supporting pupils with additional learning, communication and behavioural needs, bringing enthusiasm and practical classroom experience to daily activities.

You're expected to work full-time during school hours in long-term assignments, with competitive pay and opportunities for CPD and professional development.

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND.

• Confidence managing challenging situations calmly and professionally.

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting experienced Learning Support Assistants to work within specialist education settings across the Wirral.We are looking for individuals who are confident supporting pupils with additional learning, communication and behavioural needs and who can bring enthusiasm, patience and practical experience to the classroom.Whether your background is in a specialist school, alternative provision or another SEND-focused education environment, we'd be keen to hear from you.
